Executive Board
All decisions for the camp are run by the Board first. The Board is made up of elected members who are voted in yearly at the annual meeting held during the week of camp. Board members are elected for 3 year terms, with the possibility to be voted back in. Please lift the board members in prayer so the right decisions and changes will better the camp and further the Kingdom of God.
Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting is the Saturday following our 10 day encampment and is an opportunity for the members to hear and respond to the business of the camp as well as to elect officers of the camp for a three year term. All current members are encouraged to come and to participate. Annual Meeting this year, will be held, Saturday, August 23, 2025 @ 10am in the Tabernacle.
